Atlantic Canada Storm Update

The system we have been talking about for the last several days appears as though it will come to fruition.

New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island will escape impacts from the storm.

Snow will begin in southwestern Nova Scotia on Saturday afternoon and will spread to the remainder of the province over the course of the day. Snow may change to rain across southern sections of the province.

Snow will spread across Newfoundland beginning along the south coast on Sunday morning and spread to the remainder of the island by the afternoon. Snow will change to rain on the Avalon Peninsula, the Bruin up through the Bonavista Peninsula. There will be some strong winds also.

The southeastern coast of Labrador will also receive some snow.
