On Tuesday, June 12, NASA, in partnership with the Canadian Space Agency and European Space Agency, will release the James Webb Space Telescope’s first full-colour images and spectroscopic data.

The images will provide the deepest image of our universe that has ever been taken.

Released one by one, these first images will demonstrate the full power of the telescope.

The James Webb Space Telescope is the largest and most powerful space telescope and is based in NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.
