Severe thunderstorm ripped across Southern Ontario on Sunday morning and continued through the early afternoon.
Several tornado warnings were issued across the region.
In Toronto, heavy downpours were reported causing some localized flooding.
In Guelph, tree damage was reported. Trees were brought down on power lines in Kirkton, similar reports came in form Riverdale. At the peak of the storm, 30,000 Hydro One customers lost power.
Two people in Ottawa were displaced when lightning hit two homes.
