Snow for portions of Ontario today

Lake effect snow is expected across portions of the Great Lakes.

Snow is expected for areas east of Lake Superior. In these areas, snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 cm are possible on Sunday. Winds will also be gusty which will cause blowing snow and reduced visibility.

Portions east and northeast of Lake Superior will also see snow on Sunday. Snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are possible over the course of the day.

Parts of northeastern, eastern and central Ontario will see 5 to 10 cm of snow combined with strong winds resulting in blowing snow.
