Snow Squalls Expected in Ontario #ONwx

We could end up seeing lake effect snow in a couple of spots on Ontario today.

Areas to the east of Lake Superior could see up to 30 cm of snow. The snow squalls are expected to weaken by this evening.

This will be the area seeing the most snow.

The potential for lake effect snow also exists for the eastern shores of Lake Huron this evening and Saturday.

For Huron County and Bruce County snowfall amounts of 10 cm is possible.

Snow squalls can come on suddenly can cause significant travel disruptions. Be prepared to adjust your driving accordingly.
