1 Fatality, 30 Car Pile-Up, Thousands Without Power as Storm Rips Through S Ontario #ONstorm
The severe weather that pushed through Ontario on Sunday has caused several problems.
Highway 401 westbound near Kingston was closed late on Sunday afternoon after a 30-vehicle pileup. Twenty people were injured.
On Sunday morning a man died in a crash on the eastbound QEW in the Niagra region. There was freezing rain in the area at the time.
There were several flight delays and flight cancellations at Toronto's Pearson International Airport.
At the height of the storm, there were about 50,000 people without power according to Hydro One.
