Bank of Canada Governor Stephen Poloz says that climate change poses a risk to financial systems.

The Bank also outlined its research priorities on the potential impacts of climate change, including severe weather, stranded assets, and volatility and unpredictability this week.

By the end of this century, the impacts of climate change could reduce Canada's GDP by 23 percent.
