Colorado Low to impact Southern Ontario today

A Colorado Low will affect parts of Ontario today and Friday. It will be a snowy day across central and eastern Ontario.
Snow is expected today across the central, northeastern and eastern portions of the province. Snow will begin this afternoon or evening depending on the location. Amounts of 2 to 5 cm is expected from Wiarton to Kingston. Amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected across parts of northeastern Ontario and areas east of Georgian Bay and 5 to 10 cm for eastern Ontario as well as the Bruce Peninsula.
Southwestern Ontario and the Golden Horseshoe will see either rain, freezing rain and/or ice pellets this morning depending on surface temperatures.
This storm will have a significant impact on the morning commute.
By Friday conditions will begin to clear but snow is expected to continue across the province as the low departs.
