Southern Quebec Hammered With Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms

Heavy rain and strong wind impacted the province of Quebec bringing significant amounts of rain and gusty winds over Southern Quebec, also strong and isolated thunderstorms.

The rain also caused flooding and power outages.
