Stormy Monday across Ontario

A low is expected to move into Ontario today and will bring snow, freezing rain, and rain to most of the province.

For areas to the west of Lake Superior snow will be heavy at times. Snowfall amounts of 15 to 20 cm are possible before the snow tapers to flurries overnight. Thunder Bay for example will see about 10 to 15 cm. 5 cm is expected for Kenora.

Across northeastern Ontario, snow is expected to arrive late in the afternoon to early evening.

In Southern Ontario, snow is expected for most areas. In Toronto 5 cm of snow is possible. Father south to London snow may mix with or change to freezing rain at times.

In the Windsor area, temperatures will be warmer and as a result, snow will change to rain.

Another low is anticipated to push through on Wednesday.
