Strong Earthquake off the Coast of Honduras

A 6.0 magnitude earthquake has occurred off the coast of Honduras.

The earthquake was felt in Honduras, Belize, Nicaragua, and Mexico. It was centred 55.5 km north-northeast of Savannah Bight, Honduras.

The earthquake occurred shortly after 2:00 am local time.

There were no immediate reports of damage or any injuries.

The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said there was no significant threat of a tsunami.
