Three Forest Fires Burning in Newfoundland #nlwx


There are three forest fires burning on the Island portion of the province.


Fires have been reported in Hawke’s Bay, the Terra Nova area, and Benoit’s Siding.


The Hawke’s Bay fire is under control.


The fire in the Terra Nova area is out of control and a CL-415, Helicopter along with 6 personnel are battling the blaze.


A CL-415, Helicopter and 5 personnel have been dispatched to the Benoit’s Siding fire which is also out of control.
