Daylight Saving Time Concludes Tonight

A reminder that Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend.

At 2:00 am on Sunday, November 3, clocks should be turned back one hour.

When adjusting clocks, it is a good idea to change the batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

Proponents of daylight savings time generally argue that it saves energy, promotes outdoor leisure activity in the evening (in summer), and is therefore good for physical and psychological health, reduces traffic accidents, reduces crime or is good for business.
