We provide forecasts for locations that have no weather station so we take an average of conditions from nearby locations so there are times when the current conditions may be inaccurate.

If precipitation is expected even for just one hour we will include that in the 7-day forecast. Additionally, there are times when mixed precipitation is expected when only one icon may show as the dominant form of precipitation.
