38 Dead After Avalanches in Eastern Turkey


At least 38 people have died following back-to-back avalanches in eastern Turkey.


The town of Bahçesaray is where the avalanches occurred.


Some rescue workers are among the dead.


The first avalanche occurred on Tuesday and the second on Wednesday.


Some people are still missing.


The death toll and the number of injuries are expected to rise.
