A Peak at the Victoria Day Long Weekend


This weekend is Victoria Day Weekend, or commonly known at (May 24th Weekend). For most of us, it marks the unofficial start to the summer camping season.


With that in mind, let's take a look at what's expected across Canada this weekend...


Atlantic Canada

Saturday: Rain for most areas, unsettled. High's ranging from 5 to 15.

Sunday: Clear. High's ranging from 5 to 15.

Monday: Clear. High's ranging from 5 to 15.


Quebec

Saturday: Clear, except some rain and snow mixing along the shores of Hudson Bay. Rain in the east will move out of the area. High's ranging from 10 to 15.

Sunday: Rain along the St. Lawrence River, mostly clear elsewhere. High's ranging from 10 to 15.

Monday: Rain. High's ranging from 15 to 20.


Ontario

Saturday: Rain around the western Great Lakes. Clear elsewhere. High's ranging from 15 to 20 south, 5 to 15 north.

Sunday: Mostly clear. High's ranging from 15 to 20 south, 5 to 15 north.

Monday: Rain for southern and eastern Ontario. Clear elsewhere. High's ranging from 15 to 20 south, 5 to 15 north.


Prairies

Saturday: Clear skies expected, except some scattered showers in southern and northwestern Alberta. High's ranging from 5 to 15.

Sunday: Mostly clear. High's ranging from 10 to 15.

Monday: Clear. High's ranging from 10 to 15.


British Columbia

Saturday: Clear with a chance of showers on Vancouver Island. High's ranging from 15 to 20.

Sunday: Mostly clear. High's ranging from 15 to 20.

Monday: Rain for most areas. High's ranging from 15 to 20.
