Accumulating Snow Expected Across Western Newfoundland

From Friday through the weekend some more accumulation snow is expected across western Newfoundland.

The snow will come in the form of flurries, which may be heavy at times.

Generally, snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are expected. Snowfall amounts could get as high as 15 to 20 cm in the Gros Morne area and the Cow Head to Bellburns area.

The good news is that winds will be fairly light so blowing and drifting snow will be minimal.
