Another storm is set to hit Atlantic Canada


Another storm is set to hit Atlantic Canada.


New Brunswick

Snow will push into New Brunswick later today. 10 to 15 cm is expected across northern sections of the province. Rain is expected for the southern sections. Precipitation will end by Friday morning.


Prince Edward Island

On Prince Edward Island the snow will start this evening and continue overnight before ending on Friday afternoon. Total snowfall amounts of 15 cm is expected


Nova Scotia

Across northern sections of Mainland Nova Scotia and southern Cape Breton Island, 10 to 15 cm of snow is expected later today and into tonight. About 20 to 25 cm of snow is expected across Sydney Metro and Cape Breton County, some areas over higher terrain could see up to 30 cm of snow.


Wind gusts to 100 km/h are expected over Margaree Harbour to Bay St. Lawrence.


Newfoundland

Snow is expected across southern and eastern Newfoundland on Friday and Saturday. Some of these areas could see as much as 15 to 30 cm of snow.


Winds will gust between 70 and 100 km/h.
