A Colorado low will move into southern Manitoba and northwestern Ontario from Tuesday to Thursday.

Across southern Manitoba, snow is expected to begin on Tuesday afternoon and will last until Thursday morning.

Parts of southern Manitoba could see 15 to 25 cm of snow with southeastern areas seeing most of the snow.

Strong winds are also expected which will result in blowing snow and reduced visibility.

The same low will also have an impact in northwestern Ontario on Wednesday and Thursday.

Snow will move in late on Tuesday and end by Thursday morning. There is a possibility that some areas could see some ice pellets mixing in at times. Snow and ice pellets accumulations of 15 to 25 cm are possible.

Winds will also be gusty which will result in blowing snow and reduced visibility.
