Early Look at Christmas Day

Christmas is a week from today and many of us are wondering will it be a white Christmas?

Atlantic Canada

Snow is expected for Labrador, coastal sections of Newfoundland, and Cape Breton Island. Elsewhere it looks like fair weather is expected.

Quebec

It looks like a ridge of high pressure will set up over Quebec keeping the province dry for Christmas Day.

Ontario

Snow is expected for northern and central Ontario. Southern Ontario will likely be clear. Meanwhile, a storm could impact the region on Boxing Day.

Prairies

Snow is expected for the southern Prairies. A high over the Northwest Territories will keep the northern Prairies clear and cold.

British Columbia

Snow is expected for southern British Columbia and rain for Vancouver Island as a low meanders off the coast.
