An area of low pressure will approach us from the south on Wednesday.
Snow is expected all three Maritime Provinces on Wednesday. Along the eastern shores of Nova Scotia, snow may mix with rain at times.
Snow will make it to Newfoundland on Wednesday afternoon. Some rain will mix with snow in the overnight hours across the Avalon and in central Newfoundland.
Some strong winds are also expected.

This storm will no nowhere near the intensity of the last system that hit eastern Newfoundland on Monday.
That's not for this coming Wednesday Jan 22 is it.
