Homes evacuated in Harbour Breton due to forest fire

RCMP officers are evacuating homes on the north side of Harbour Breton due to a forest fire.

The fire is in a wooded area on the north side of the community.

Harbour Breton RCMP and the local fire department are on the scene and a water bomber is being dispatched.

The public is asked to avoid the area.
