Lake effect snow expected for areas east of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay

On Sunday some areas east of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay will see some lake-effect snow.

Amounts of 10 to 20 cm is possible for the shores of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.

Snow will combine with strong winds to create reduced visibility in areas of blowing snow. This will be a very localized event so snowfall amounts may vary greatly from one area to the next.
