Major Accident Forces Closure of TCH near Revelstoke

A section of the Trans-Canada Highway west of Revelstoke was closed for several hours on Saturday after a major vehicle incident.

A semi-truck was seen on fire near the reported incident.

Police have not released any further information.

DriveBC said that a detour was not available.

The road re-opened around 2:00 pm on Saturday.
