More tropical trouble brewing in the Atlantic

There is an area of low pressure in the central tropical Atlantic. The low is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms.

A tropical storm is likely to form over the next couple of days as conditions are generally conducive for development.

It will approach the northern Leeward Islands by the latter part of the week.

The next named storm will be Jerry.
