Canadians ringing in the New Year will experience a wide range of weather conditions across the country tonight.
Snow squalls are possible tonight across western Newfoundland. Montreal will see some snow. There is a risk of snow squalls continuing across portions of Southern Ontario.
Conditions will continue to be cold across Manitoba and Saskatchewan with light snow expected. Temperatures will be much warmer across Alberta. Fog will persist across the west coast of the country.
