Next tropical system could be on the horizon

There is a tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic that continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms.

Environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development of this system, and a tropical depression could form by early next week.

The National Hurricane Center says there is a 50 percent chance of formation over the next seven days.
