One fatality after plane experiences severe turbulence
Singapore Airlines has confirmed that one passenger is dead and others were injured when one of its flights experienced severe turbulence.
Flight SQ321 operating from London to Singapore on Monday encountered severe turbulence en-route. The aircraft diverted to Bangkok and landed at 3:45 p.m. local time on May 21.
The airline has confirmed that there are injuries and one fatality on board the Boeing 777-300ER.
