Wildfire smoke continues to provide poor air quality to several areas across British Columbia.
Over the next day or so, most areas will see poor air quality.
Areas such as Prince George, Quesnel, and Williams Lake will see air quality health indexes near 8 today, a high risk.
Limit time outdoors and consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events. Keep windows and doors closed.
You may experience mild and common symptoms such as eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches or a mild cough. More serious but less common symptoms include wheezing, chest pains or severe cough. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.
