Rain and freezing rain across sections of Atlantic Canada

Heavy rain is continuing across Cape Breton and eastern sections of Nova Scotia. The rain will linger through Sunday potentially delivering up to 80 mm of rain in some areas.

Freezing rain is also possible across Pictou, Antigonish, Guysborough and into western Cape Breton.

Rain is continuing over southwestern Newfoundland. 20 to 35 mm is possible by tonight.

Significant freezing rain is possible in eastern Prince Edward Island until Sunday morning.
