Rain, snow, and strong winds expected along northern B.C. Coast

Rain, snow, and strong winds are expected along the northern B.C. Coast today and tonight.

Areas such as the Central Coast cloud receive up to 100 millimetres of rain by Monday night.

Snowfall amounts of 15 cm are expected for the BC Peace River areas and southern sections of the Fort Nelson region today through tonight.

Along exposed coastal sections such as areas near Skidegate Channel and Skidegate Inlet, and other east-west oriented inlets will see wind gusts of 90 to 110 km/h this afternoon through the evening.
