Severe weather is expected to erupt today across west-central/central Oklahoma and south-central Kansas.

These storms are expected to develop into the afternoon through tonight across parts of the southern and central Plains.

There is a strong possibility of potentially long-track tornadoes, very large to giant hail, and severe/damaging winds.

Cities at the greatest risk of severe weather include Oklahoma City, Wichita, Norman, Lawton, and Edmond.
