SKY WATCH: May

May will offer a host of celestial events to watch out for.

The Moon can be seen below Jupiter and Saturn on the 12th and below Mars on the 15th in the early morning sky.

On the evening of the 21st, the Moon will join with Venus and Mercury to form a triangle.

Venus can be seen in the northwestern sky almost all month.

  • Last Quarter- May 14

  • New Moon- May 22

  • First Quarter- May 29
