Small window for tropical development in the central Atlantic
A low over several hundred kilometres east-northeast of Bermuda continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms this morning.
Over the next few days, the low will meander around the same general area and environmental conditions are marginally conducive for some development of this system.
Conditions will become more unfavourable by this weekend.
If this low does become a tropical cyclone it should only reach tropical storm status. The next named storm will be Don.
