Heavy snowfall will continue this morning over areas of northern Cape Breton, with the highest accumulations expected over the Cape Breton Highlands, where 10 to 20 cm is possible.
The Avalon Peninsula and Burin Peninsula will receive nearly 15 cm of snow. In central Newfoundland, amounts of 5 cm are expected. The southwest coast will receive about 5 to 10 cm, while Corner Brook will see 2 to 4 cm.
