Snow and freezing rain in eastern Ontario this morning

Some more unsettled weather is expected today across portions of eastern Ontario.

Snow is expected to continue this morning across parts of eastern Ontario. These areas could see about 5 cm of snow. This snow could have a small impact on the morning commute.

Areas near Lake Ontario could experience some freezing rain early this morning. A few millimetres of ice accretion is possible.

As the low moves away, a fairly nice weekend is expected across southern Ontario with a mix of sun and cloud and temperatures in the mid-single digits.
