Snow and freezing rain threat exists across Southern Ontario today

Snow will continue today for parts of southern Ontario.

Areas east of Lake Huron and in the vicinity of Georgian Bay will see the most snow with 10 to 15 cm.

Over southwestern Ontario, the Golden Horseshoe and portions of eastern Ontario, snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are possible. Similar amounts are expected across parts of northeastern, central, and eastern Ontario.

There is a slight risk of freezing rain over extreme southwestern Ontario.
