Snow and Rain Expected in NW Ontario #ONwx

It's going to be a nasty day across northwestern Ontario.

Both snow and rain are expected. Along the Manitoba and Ontario border, snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm are projected. Areas to the east will likely see about 5 to 10 cm.

For areas along the international border, snow will transition to rain. Even though snowfall amounts will be kept to a minimum, heavy rain is expected. 20 mm is possible.

There is a risk of freezing rain in areas will snow mixes with rain.
