Snow in June... In British Columbia

On Thursday the weather in parts of British Columbia looked more like the middle of winter as opposed to June.

A late season snow advisory for high elevation passes in BC touched down in the Peace District.

This photo was taken by BC Transportation and Infrastructure on Highway 29 between Gwillim Lake and Tumbler Ridge.

Snow was also expected on the Coquihalla, BC Highway 3 and The Trans-Canada in the interior.
