Snow squalls around Lake Huron and Georgian Bay and southeast of Lake Superior

There will be snow squalls today around Lake Huron and Georgian Bay and areas southeast of Lake Superior.

Snow squalls in the areas southeast of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay will continue this morning before weakening by the afternoon. Accumulations of 15 to 25 cm are possible, particularly for the stretch between Bruce Peninsula and Barrie.

Elsewhere downwind of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay, amounts of 10 to 15 cm are expected.

Areas southeast of Lake Superior will continue to see snow squalls this morning. Snowfall accumulations of 5 to 10 cm are possible.
