Snow squalls continue across Newfoundland

Wind and snow squall warnings continue across Newfoundland as coastal areas continue to be pounded by snow squalls.

Again this morning there are travel advisories and school closures.

Along the west coast, winds will gust between 80 and 110 km/h and another 15 to 30 cm of snow is expected.

On the Avalon Peninsula, about 10 cm of snow is possible today with wind gusts from 80 to 100 km/h.

Conditions will improve this evening.
