Snow squalls continue across portions of Ontario
Snow squalls are continuing to impact portions of Ontario.
Across the Bruce Peninsula and regions east and southeast of Georgian Bay, persistent snow squalls will continue today. 20 to 40 cm and blowing snow are possible. Lesser amounts are expected for the Bruce Peninsula.
Lake Huron and Georgian Bay will see snow squalls today with about 5 to 10 cm of snow expected.
For the northeastern shores of Lake Erie and northeastern shores of Lake Ontario snowfall amounts of 15 to 30 cm are expected today, tonight, and Tuesday for some locations.
Along the eastern shores of Lake Superior, lake-effect snow will continue today with an additional 10 to 15 cm of snow expected.
In the areas listed above, visibility could be reduced and there is a risk of whiteouts.
