Snow squalls persist across southern Ontario causing power outages and road closures
Snow squalls will continue across parts of Southern Ontario today.
A northwesterly flow off Georgian Bay will continue to generate intense lake effect snow over the area for the next couple of days.
In the heaviest snow, 20 to 40 cm is possible with poor to zero visibility at times in heavy snow.
There are power outages in the Parry Sound and Muskoka region where over 20,000 customers are without power. Portions of Highway 11 remain closed.

London - Parkhill - Eastern Middlesex County
Midland - Coldwater - Orr Lake
Owen Sound - Blue Mountains - Northern Grey County
Saugeen Shores - Kincardine - Southern Bruce County
Stratford - Mitchell - Southern Perth County
Watford - Pinery Park - Eastern Lambton County
Wingham - Blyth - Northern Huron County
Woodstock - Tillsonburg - Oxford County
There is a snow squall watch for Strathroy - Komoka - Western Middlesex County and a weather advisory for Listowel - Milverton - Northern Perth County.
