Snow squalls today across southern Ontario

Snow squalls are expected to fire up across parts of southern Ontario today.

Areas east of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay will see the most snow. 15 to 25 cm of snow is possible. Heavy snow and moderate winds may produce whiteout conditions.

Areas southeast of Lake Superior and Whitefish Bay, areas along the northeastern shore of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario will see about 5 to 15 cm of snow. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.
