Snowy week continues across Southern Ontario

While portions of southern Ontario is seeing snow today, snow is expected for some areas on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

On Thursday areas east and southeast of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay will likely see snow squalls. The snow squalls will develop in the afternoon and continue through Thursday night.

Snowfall amounts of 15 cm is possible. There will be strong winds which will reduce visibility and cause blowing snow.

Much of the same region will see snow on Friday along with areas south of Lake Nipigon, the Thunder Bay area and Manitoulin Island. The Niagara Peninsula could see snow squalls develop off of Lake Erie.
