A developing low currently off the coast of Massachusetts will bring flooding rain to most of the Maritimes beginning on Sunday.
Most of mainland Nova Scotia can expect to see 30 to 60 mm of rain. Central and northern Nova Scotia will receive 50 to 75 mm.
Prince Edward Island could potentially see 30 to 40 mm of rain, while southern New Brunswick will pick up 30 to 50 mm.
Thundershowers may also develop on Sunday and will result in locally higher rainfall amounts.
The rain will come to an end by Monday afternoon.
