Storm Christoph Causes Flooding in parts of the United Kingdom

Storm Christoph has caused flooding in parts of the United Kingdom.

The flooding rain in Wales has forced 2,000 homes to be evacuated and a facility that bottled the COVID-19 vaccine was also threatened.

Emergency crews worked to keep the facility free of water.

The storm also brought snow to parts of England and Wales causing a pileup on a major highway.

The Met Office had issued multiple alerts ahead of the storm. Warnings remain in effect today also.

More rain is expected next week in the northern and western parts of the country.
