Storm Ciara Kills 7

Storm Ciara is being blamed for the death of seven people as it moves into eastern Europe.

Warnings remain in place for snow, ice, and strong winds across most of Europe.

So far the storm has caused flooding, ripped roofs off buildings, and downed trees.

At one point in the United Kingdom, there were more than 539,000 customers without power.

Heathrow Airport reported hundreds of flight delays.
