Storm moves out of Southern Ontario

Most of Southern Ontario is waking up to snow today.


Snow will end from west to east as the day progresses. Snow should end for most areas this morning but will linger into this afternoon for areas such as the St. Lawrence Valley and Niagara region.


Snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are expected today for the St. Lawrence Valley and Niagara region. For the GTA and areas to the west, 2 to 4 cm are expected.


Travel may be hazardous on some roads.
