Stormy Weather Expected Across Northern & Central California

A weather system will push across northern and central California this evening.

It will bring rain to lower elevations and snow to mountain areas.

Strong winds are expected on Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Rainfall amounts of 8 to 10 inches are possible and several feet of snow could accumulate through Wednesday night.

Along the central California coastline, flash flooding and debris flow from nearby burn scars will be a concern on Wednesday.

Road closures and travel delays are likely.
